About me
Professional
I am a business analyst with a strong focus on HR IT implementations and process optimization. Working at the intersection of HR, IT, and finance, I help organizations realize solutions that are not only technically sound but also truly effective in practice.
My strength lies in bringing structure to complex environments. I analyze issues, define concrete requirements, and ensure clear communication between business and IT, always keeping coherence, feasibility, and results in mind.
I am accustomed to working in international, dynamic environments involving multiple stakeholders and competing interests. In such settings, I ensure clarity, effective communication, and steady project progress.
In addition to my role as a business analyst, I also take on project management and product ownership responsibilities. This allows me to contribute not only at a functional level but also by taking ownership of the implementation’s delivery and success.
My approach is structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented. I believe that collaboration and communication are key to success, and that a healthy dose of humor helps keep projects running smoothly and pleasantly.
Personal
Beyond my work, I value staying true to myself and that includes letting my personality shine through.
I was born and raised in Nijeveen (in the province of Drenthe), a place where a down-to-earth attitude and a hands-on mentality are second nature. That foundation still shapes my outlook on life today.
After completing my studies in Human Resource Management and earning my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I settled in Rouveen. I am married to my wonderful wife and have a stepdaughter and twins who are (at the time of writing) seven months old. That makes for a lively household and occasionally some shorter nights.
I am someone who appreciates both quiet moments and social gatherings. I enjoy spending time with friends, but I also value having some time to myself to do my own thing.
In my spare time, I play tennis, follow Ajax closely, and love firing up the BBQ on weekends. I enjoy preparing elaborate meat and fish dishes on my Traeger Pro 575 usually with great success, though occasionally something goes wrong in a “teachable” sort of way.
I also have an interest in financial markets and enjoy analyzing and trading cryptocurrency and stocks as a hobby.
Humor plays an important role in everything I do. I like to keep things lighthearted and believe that, amidst everything going on, there should always be room for a laugh.

NvB Implify represents more than just my business. For me, the logo brings together entrepreneurship, simplicity, and family.
The three small hands represent my three children. They are a major source of inspiration and remind me of what truly matters: building something of value with an eye on the future.
“Implify” is a combination of implementation and simplify. That is exactly what my business stands for: avoiding unnecessary complexity when it comes to ideas and plans, and instead translating them into simple, practical solutions that are actually implemented.
